Life with Godzilla

Today was Godzilla's therapy day. He is speech delayed, however in the past six months we have seen tremendous improvement. The hardest part in dealing with a child that has communication problems is trying to determine if his obstinate behavior is due to his soon to be three year old status, or simply complications of his disability!

He is a blessing, who reminds me daily that living with Godzilla is an adventure like no other! I wouldn't trade his precocious nature for anything, but merely shape it to be all that God has created him to be. His curiosity knows no bounds, and it sometimes leads him into situations he gets into trouble for, but I am glad that he wants to explore the world around him and take an active role in it!
